How to do Simple Quotation

Hello Blogger and Visitor.

Today I would like to share how to prepare a quotation that can apply to your small medium businesses. I will share few sample, you may edit and use those quotation.




Most important thing before you prepare your quotation, you must keep running number or reference number. Record the number for future reference.

Second, You should have determined the profit and cost before you quote the price. Do not under quote the price. Think the cost you bear! you may quote 10%, 20% or 30% from your cost. Some may increase up to 100%.


Remember, you must ensure the client turn to loyal customer instead of one time buying. Built the relationship, keep your price reasonable.Unless if you can provide more that what you sell.

Third,  please stated your GST registration number if you are registered. If not, please do not charged client with the GST.

Quotation must be short and clearly stated what you offer and what you not. Lastly, Sign the quotation, Submit to client.
